- I was skating at a local skatepark and a skate park owner(also a skateshop owner)came to me and gave a T-shirt and a board and i get a discount at the shop.

- Got sponsored when the owner of the skatepark saw me skating then waited 1/2 a year to sponsor me. My price gets cut to half when I get into the park and I get money taken off stuff when I buy them.

- i was skating my local park and the manager of fngnarly skateboards came and saw me skate and he liked my skating. he came down a few more times, i got his number and he put me on the team because of my personality and persistence on my board.

- I got sponsored when doing a sick combo, with a flip trick to a grind. I mean it was only a little shop but a sponsorship is a sponsorship. So keep on skating and don't give up you got to believe and practice.

- I got sponsored by a skateboard shop here in town, just one owned by a guy right here. I showed the owner what I can do, and they gave me a board and a shirt to wear when I skate. It's a small sponsor, but I think it is a start.
