Skateboard Deck
I have a p-rod plan b. its really nice but not much pop after about a month. I also have a blank moose deck with a HELLA LOT of pop but it is not very stiff (i like my decks stiff).
Wheels, Trucks, Bearings, etc
I use the new bones 49 mm wheels. They're really nice but DO NOT use them for vert. i hate vert anyways so it doesn't matter to me anyways.
I use the obvious bones red bearings. they are nice cheap and last FO EVA!!! no jk. i have to change them like once every 4 months.
I use thunder lo trucks. they are light and sturdy. not as good as grind king for grinding but pretty close.
SHORTY'S HARDWARE ALL THE WAY!!!
I hate risers but whenever i get on my friends mini ramp i put them on and use my spit fire 52 mm wheels
