Skateboard Deck
I have a Habitat 8.25 X 32.175 Hemp Ply construction board right now. It rides stiff and has nice pop. It is really slow to razor-tail. The construction on it has a center ply of bamboo, and a top ply made out of stiff hemp.
Wheels, Trucks, Bearings, etc
Krux Trucks, Gold Wheels, and some Bones Swiss bearings.
The krux were really amazing! The bushings didn't need to be broken in at all!
The gold wheels are nice and soft, if anything they get smaller but don't flat-spot.
If you haven't ridden some Bones Swiss, GET SOME! They are amazing and they will last forever!
Advice
- Habitats are very good boards
- Krux Trucks=Heaven
- Gold wheels arent the best but they have a really nice in the middle between soft and hard wheels, they are a little softer than Spitfires.
- BONES BEARINGS ARE AMAZING!
