Guide Review - Evolutions - FREE Concrete Wave DVD
Evolutions starts off with clips from Powell Classic videos, mainly the first three Bones Brigade videos, recently re-released on DVD (see reviews). Just like the rest of the Evolutions DVD, this section is well mixed with great music, and gives a good idea of what to expect from the full Bones Brigade DVDs.
Evolutions also features segments from Sector 9, Gravity Skateboards, the All Girl Skate Jam Tour 05, and piles more. Over two hours of skateboarding video footage - often the best parts of the videos. Plus bonuses like the "Escate" animated short, a music video and more, all for free.
Yes, I said free. The Evolutions DVD is a free skateboarding video, made by Powell Classic and Concrete Wave. You can get the Evolutions DVD from the Tailtap website, with any purchase. However, there is a limited number available, so get one quick. The video can also be downloaded free (and legaly!) from the Silverfish Longboarding site.
The next edition of Evolutions will be available April, 2006. If you like skate videos, Evolutions is a sweet free DVD, and a perfect resource to get an idea of what else is out there, and what you might want. If you have your own skate company, this is a GREAT way to get thousands of people to see and want your video.
