Skateboard injuries are going to happen. Skateboarding is dangerous, and there's no way to stay completely safe. You are going to fall off of your skateboard. It's not because you aren't good enough, it's because skateboards are small, and have wheels on them. That's all. There's no way to stop it from happening.

So you've learned how to fall, and you've fallen, and now you're injured. What should you do? Well, the first thing is to get medical help! Don't try and play off a serious injury like it's no big deal. Go get help.
And after you've gotten help, you need to actually let your body heal up. That might include some kind of rehab - it might not be fun, but you NEED to follow through with it.
