Nose Stall - Ride Off

So you're balanced there on your front foot. Sweet. When you are ready, you can now pop yourself back off of the ledge and ride away. Do this by shifting your weight back over your back foot, lifting your weight off of your front foot, and and dropping off of the obstacle.

If you time it right, as you ollie up into the stall and your weight shifts forward, you can use the reverse momentum as your weight wants to shift back to pop yourself off of the obstacle with a little bit of speed. Otherwise, when you come out of the stall, you will be going very slowly ... if going anywhere at all! But don't stress it - it's a stall! Just push on, riding fakie.

And that is the trick known as the nose stall! You should be able to master it comparatively fast. But, once you have it down, there are a pile of ways to tweak the nose stall!
