360 Ollie Pop and Spin

So your feet are in position, your shoulders are turned, and you are rolling along rapidly right toward the edge of a ramp, curb, cliff, or something like that. Good. Now, right before the edge, ollie!

And ollie hard. Very very hard. Get so much air that you can see your house from the skatepark.

As you ollie, you want to scoop your skateboard with your back foot. Spin the board in the direction you are going to spin. Also, at the same time, guide the skateboarding around with your front foot, too. It takes both feet.

AND, you want to unwind your shoulders and arms, spinning your body along with your skateboard. Your skateboard will lead the turn, and that's fine - stay relaxed and let it. Your goal is to be fully half way around, at 180 degrees, at the height of your ollie. That way, as you come back down for the landing, you will spin the other 180 degrees and land perfectly.
