With all of these advances, making the board thinner still means its going to be weaker. If you have a habit of busting boards, buying a Superlight would be a waste of money. But if you are looking for ways to shave some weight off, these Superlight boards are a brilliant idea. I love mine. Ive never cared much about the graphics on the bottom of my boards whatevers there is just going to get ground off or covered with stickers anyway. The SST treatment is nice, and the boards do resist moisture. If you run through mud puddles all the time or skate in the rain, youll still mess the board up. What it all comes down to is what you are looking for. Mini-Logo boards are just as good as regular boards, and a lot better than other blank decks. Superlights are the next level up. If youre looking to get more air or speed, try out a Superlight. If you bust it, at least you didnt spend extra to get a deck with a pros name on it!
