Surf One Red Stripe Longboard Review
The Surf One Red Stripe complete is a balanced cruiser longboard. It’s long and narrow, complete with Independent trucks, Bones Reds bearings and black Surf One 65 mm wheels. The deck comes covered in black grip with a good size tail, flat nose, light concave and is built with Tough-Ply construction. The Surf One Red Stripe is a good, flexible longboard great for sidewalk surfing.

RoadKill Skates Wolf Pack Value Kit Review
The Wolf Pack Value Kit from RoadKill Skates is one of the best skateboarding deals online. The kit features the RoadKill Skates Wolf Pack skateboard deck (well built and sick graphics), RoadKill Skates T-shirt and stickers. The whole skateboarding kit costs less than you would usually pay for a deck alone - not only a great value, but unique, cool, and independent. RoadKill Skates is a Philadelphia skateboarding company with a strong online presence. Read this skateboarding deck review.

Arbor Hybrid Longboard Review
The Arbor Hybrid longboard is built to give wide support and smooth ride for poolwork, cruising and even more technical tricks. The Arbor Hybrid longboard is shorter than the other Arbor cruiser boards, enabling you to cut and carve almost anything. Use Arbor's Koa wood finished stiff deck for that shape, and add Randal trucks and custom Kryptonics wheels, and you get a nice ride. However, being in the middle makes the Hybrid an oddly specialized longboard - read the review for more.

Arbor Rail Cruiser Longboard Review
The Arbor Rail longboard - I’d like to summarize what you are about to read in two words: fast and fun. The Arbor Rail longboard is on my list of the best longboards of all time. This skateboard has got so many good features, it is hard to list them all. The Arbor Rail longboard is made of Canadian HardRock Maple with a top ply layer of Hawaiian Koa. It also has Randal R-2 trucks, ABEC 3 bearings and sector 9 70mm wheels. Read the review to get more on how these specs work out.

Arbor Fish Longboard Review
The Arbor Fish Longboard is the shortest in Arbor's "carver" series. Tester Ray Thomason talks about the board, what it felt like to ride the Arbor Fish longboard, and how it pulled him back to his early days of skateboarding. Read all about the Arbor Fish longboard carver in this review, and see what you think.

Viking Protective Pad Set Review
The Viking protective pad set comes with knee pads and elbow pads, and is available in small, medium and large sizes. The pads are black, wih gold rivets holding the large platic shields in place. Traditional Velcro straps hold the pads on. Basicly, the Viking pad set has everything you would expect - read this review for more information.

Viking Skateboarding Helmets Review
Viking is a brand of skateboarding gear available from Rock On Distribution. The Viking skateboarding helmet is One Size Fits All, which should work for most people, but they also have a unique Youth size. For a good quality, well priced skateboarding helmet, read this review of Viking skateboarding helmets.

Loaded Vanguard Carver Review
Loaded makes several innovative carving skateboards, along with snowboards. All of their boards have the same vertical laminate composite construction that help give a springy, flexible feel and a bold, natural look. The Loaded Vanguard is designed to be a balanced all-around carver, good for tackling almost everything you'll want to ride. It's not a trick skateboard, and not so much a longboard as it is a pure carving machine.

Andy Mac Complete Beginner Skateboards Review
The Andy Mac Rookie and Grom series complete skateboards are designed for beginner riders. They are built with high quality parts, are fully skatable, and make the perfect choice for parents who want to buy their kid a good skateboard, but don't have 100 dollars to toss around. Costing less than half what most complete skateboards cost, these beginner skateboards will give the new skateboarder a good experience without being too major of an investment.

The Beginners Guide To Building Ramps Book Review
Brandon Cardone is the designer of East Coast Terminal - one of the largest indoor skate parks in the eastern US. Using all of this knowledge and experience, Cardone has written a 54 page book on building skate ramps that is available for US $8 to download from his site. Unfortunately, the book is full of small problems and only really describes how to build one type of ramp - the larger indoor ramps that you might find at his park. The book does have some good info, it's just ... read more.

Dickies Clothes for Skateboarding Review
Dickies are perfect for the punk scene, with Dickies’ industrial look and strong designs. But Dickies provides more than just a tough image – what works for labor works for skateboarding. I reviewed some pants, jeans, jackets and shorts that the Dickies website lists as being perfect for skateboarding, and am happy with what I found. With features like double layered knees, strong stitching and strong materials, Dickies are a perfect choice for ripping it up on your skateboard.

Understood Clothing Review
Understood Clothing makes all kinds of apparel for the action sports crowd. Started in 2002, Understood has grown from a small husband and wife owned clothing line into a diverse soft-goods company that makes everything from belts to shirts to hat to pants. Understood Clothing also has a team they sponsor, covering the expected skateboarding, snowboarding, and surfing, but also bands and women’s boxing! Understood clothes have a clean, simple style, but with some clever and original designs.

Anglel Boy Complete Skateboard Review
Angleboy completes are well built from high quality materials in the USA. The Angelboy brand name has been around for years, making quality skateboards and products for younger rippers. However, this Angelboy complete skateboard is a new deal - all Angelboy brand parts, great Angelboy graphics - everything you need. The board isn't designed to withstand the beating a skilled adult can dish out, but instead for younger, lighter kids. But that doesn't mean it's less of a skateboard.

Disposable - A History of Skateboard Art - Book Review
Disposable - A History of Skateboard Art is 228 pages of full color, featuring over 1000 skateboard graphics from over the last 30 years. But the book is far more than a gallery of photos - longtime skateboard artist Sean Cliver gives his insights into the history of the art, and also into the evolution of the industry. Disposable, A History of Skateboard Art is packed with long quotes from pro skaters, and opens a window into more than just the art, but the heart and history of skateboarding.

T-Board by Tierney Rides Review
The T-Board from Tierney Rides is a unique type of board. Basically, the T-Board is a large two wheeled deck with a set of custom torsion one-wheeled trucks. Yes, that means the T-Board has only 2 wheels, and the design gives one of the smoothest carves around, with a great potential in crossover training for snowboarding (along with other board sports). Read this Tierney Rides T Board review for more info on the Tierney Rides T-Board, a skateboard that rides like a snowboard. The T-Board.

Premier Snowskate Warrior Series Review
The Premier Warrior Series snowskates are great for having fun in the snow, either in your backyard or on the slopes. The premier warrior series snowskates are brightly colored injected nylon with a glass fill - they have the look and strength of plastic. The nose and tail of these snowskates turn up to an incredible degree, more than any other snowskate I've seen. The Premier Warrior Series snowskates are the perfect size for most riders, and a lot of fun anyplace you have snow.

Chocolate Skate Decks - Chunk Series
Chocolate skateboards has an incredible skate team and piles of awesome skate products. In this review we'll take a look at Chocolate boards, in particular the Chocolate Chunk pro skate deck series. Not only are the graphics in this series simple and cool, but each deck comes with a free "Se Habla Canuk" DVD featuring the Chocolate team's tour in Canada. Read this skateboard deck review to find out more about Chocolate skateboards, and the Chocolate Chunk pro skate deck series.

Chocolate Wheels - Skull Series
In this review we take a look at Chocolate skateboarding wheels, in particular the Skulls series, matched up with the Chocolate Chunk skateboard deck series, and I give 4 reasons why I like these skateboarding wheels. Chocolate Skateboards has a huge selection of skating gear, and a great team of pro skateboarders who help make their already good skateboarding gear look even better.

Arbor Bug Longboard Review
The Arbor Bug is a shorter longboard (36") specially designed by Arbor for female riders. The smaller size is more manageable, and the shape makes a great transition between regular skateboarding and longboarding. What we found, however, is that the Arbor Bug isn't just fun for girls - anyone will enjoy the maneuverability and style of this board. Tester Ian Taylor took the Bug and hit the streets for a couple of weeks. The following is Ian's reaction to the Arbor Bug.

Arbor Pocket Rocket Mini Longboard / Skateboard Review
The Arbor Pocket Rocket has all of the features of an Arbor longboard, but is built to regular skateboard scale. The result is crazy little skate that rides super smooth, carves like no other, and makes hardly any sound. Tricks on the Arbor Pocket Rocket are a little difficult, but can be done. In short, the Arbor Pocket Rocket is a great hybrid mix between a longboard and a short skateboard. Read the review for more details.

"The Legacy of Warren Bolster, Master of Skateboard Photography" Book Review
The Legacy of Warren Bolster is a book showcasing some of Warren's finest work from the 1970s, when skateboarding was more freestyle, more flowing, and closer to its surfing roots. Warren Bolster's skateboarding photography is more than beautiful art - it chronicles the history of board sports, and demonstrates the evolution of skateboarding's art and style. Only 4000 are printed - this book is perfect for anyone who grew up reading Skateboarder magazine, or who's interested in skate history.
