Guide Review - DC Rift DX Jeans Review
The high grade denim also adds to the durability of these jeans. DC is a skate shoe company, and these jeans are designed to last. Of course they'll get scuffed up, but the DX treatments of sandblasting, whiskering, and abrasion finish not only show how tough the Rifts are, but also help blend with any scuffing you might add to them.
Which all ties in to how stylish the Rift DXs are. They look good. Button fly, with DC logos on the back patch and buttons, these pants are good for skating or dating. The logos aren't huge or obnoxious, but more subtle, which makes the jeans even better.
What about drawbacks? Well, the slim fit isn't for everyone. For some people, the idea of showing off the shape of your body isn't high on your priorities. For others, loose and baggy jeans are more comfortable or more your style - for people like that, check out the DC Aero (standard fit) or DC Sonar (loose fit).
Another drawback would be that these jeans cost around 50 bucks - but like Danny Way mumbles with a smile from his hospital bed on the DC Video, you have to pay to play! If you want good looking, durable, comfortable, slim fitting jeans, try DCs Rift DX. They're worth it.
