Skateboarding Schools Worldwide

CBMK is an indoor skatepark in Mississauga, Ontario. They offer one and a half hour lessons, and discounts if you become a member of their park, or buy package deals. These classes are open to kids and adults of any skateboarding skill level. You can call them at 905-272-9911, or toll free at (888) 281-9402 , or email them through their website to schedule classes. They also offer week-long skateboarding camps throughout the summer.

We travel to you and bring all the equipment you will need. Now in our 5th year, we have unrivalled experience in bringing skateboarding into school curriculums and community projects."

Rubicon is a very unique school, with traveling aspects and a massive vision.  Rubicon offers classes all over Great Britain.

They offer skateboard training at 6 locations, plus they have a traveling skateboard training school as well! The schools are in Oldenburg, Göttingen and Badenstedt, Niedersachsen; two in Nordrhein-Westfalen, and skate camps in Anfänger & Fortgeschrittene. This is about as much of the information from the site that I can puzzle out - if you speak German, check out the website - there's a lot of information, and these schools look very legitimate!

This skateboard school is on Kobe's Rokko Island, at the "G-Skatepark". Classes are offered on Sundays, and are open for children and adults, beginners and advanced skaters alike. They also offer a discount if you buy your lessons in packs of 5.

Uptown is a New York skateboarding school that provides private and group lessons, for beginners to advanced skaters or any age. Their classes are offered in various locations across Manhattan and New Jersey.

Their site reads, "Uptown Skate School organizes demonstrations and clinics that feature many of the local independent skateboarders. Each of our skateboarding instructors have unique skills and skating advice. Learn how to ride, do tricks, and have fun skateboarding."

Starting in February of 2011, they also will be broadcasting live skateboard lessons for free. GoSkate.com's owner, Rob Dunfey, says, "We get calls all the time from people who say that even though our skateboard lesson rates are very reasonable, they still don't fall within their budget, that's why I decided to do live skateboarding lessons over the web for free."

Located in Mesa, Arizona, this school offers a variety of levels of instruction, with specials like father-son skateboarding lessons, and the opportunity to have parties at their facility.

It was customly designed and built by CA Ramp Works (builders of the X-Games and Mega Ramp). Located in Mesa, AZ, KTR is under the family umbrella of Desert Devils multi-sports-plex facility, which offers programs for Skateboarding, Gymnastics, and Cheer."
