Guide Review - Nike P-Rod Paul Rodriguez Signature Skate Shoe Review
But what about his first signature skate shoe? The Nike Zoom Air P-Rod is a good looking, well built skate shoe. It's built with a double stitched tow cap, with more double stitching all across the upper, enhanced air flow, heel cushioning, and P-Rod's "PR" pattern across part of leather wrapping around the heel. The Nike Zoom Air P-Rod also has ribs that ring the sole, and help grip the board. That's a great idea that I haven't seen in any other shoe.
On the drawback side, the Nike P-Rod is a long and narrow shoe, like most Nike's. For some of you, this is perfect. For me, I end up with loads of extra toe space if I want to have the shoes fit. Not a big deal, but something to consider.
The Nike P-Rod has another feature that will be perfect for some. It looks a lot like a regular runner or tennis shoe, and comes in very "normal" color patterns. IF you want wild, Nike has those too, but if you want simple and subtle, The Nike Zoom Air P-Rod might be perfect for you. Like I said, these are well built, very skatable, and look good. Try a pair of Nike P-Rods, and see what you think!
