Guide Review - DC Rovers Snow Boot - Water Resistant Skateboarding Shoes Series
In my opinion, the coolest feature of DC Rovers are their soles. Several types of rubber are used, including DC's own Cold Temperature Rubber, designed to give better traction in snow and on ice. The areas using Cold Temperature Rubber (CTR) are set under your toes and heels, and have some pretty serious traction design.
DC Rovers are also warm, sporting fur padding around the ankle, with a high top design that works great. Rovers are water resistant as well, and double stitched for greater durability. When buying snow boots, you always want to get boots that are stitched rather than glued, and that come with metal lace eyelets. DC Rovers have all of this, plus the high tech soles, plus DC style.
And style is important! In winter, all anyone is going to see are your clothes. DC Rovers have a confident look, aren't too huge, and sport a silver metal DC logo on the sides, plus the large DC logo on the sole. The DC Rover snow boot looks great.
Take a look and see for yourself. DC knows snow gear - try out a pair and see what you think.
