The Fleetwood is a 43" long carver made with a little wider shape, giving it a more relaxed ride - the Fleetwood is the perfect carver for most longboarders. Arbor Fleetwoods are made with all the personal attention and high grade materials and parts that Arbor is well known for.
Arbor Fleetwood - Hand Made from Hawaiian Koa Wood
Arbor makes their boards from real Hawaiian Koa wood - Koa has the widest range of colors of any wood on Earth. Serious! This wood is beautiful, and has been used for ages by Hawaiians to make surfboards. The wood has strength, flex, and the colors are rich.
When used to make a longboard like the Arbor Fleetwood, the Koa wood gives a smooth, comfortable ride. The wood doesn't feel soggy, but does give a great response. When standing on the Fleetwood, you feel it give just the right amount under your weight, and when bending into curves, the Fleetwood gives a soft, comfortable feedback.
The Fleetwood's deck is made from laminates of several colors, giving it an even more surfboard-like look than the other boards in the Arbor line. The Fleetwood is, in my opinion, the best looking longboard that Arbor has made. Plus, Arbor's boards are hand made in California - you're getting the Cadillac of longboards with Arbor.
Arbor Fleetwood - Revenge Trucks

Arbor Fleetwood Longboard Cruiser Review
Arbor Fleetwood Photo - Steve CaveRevenge longboard trucks are seriously sweet. The Revenge Type I truck is a single pivot 45 degree torsion truck, made of 8oC12 recycle-based aluminum. These are heavy duty precision trucks - learn more at the
Revenge Longboard Trucks website.
Arbor Fleetwood - Wheels
The Arbor Fleetwood's wheels are Arbor brand 70mm wheels with a hardness or 78a. They work great - I have no complaints, but I do miss the Kryptonics wheels that the earlier Arbor boards came with. But for performance, I didn't find any real difference. I just like the way Kryptonics look!
Arbor Fleetwood - Shaped for Carving
The Arbor Fleetwood longboard is a carver, like the
Arbor Fish and the
Arbor Pin. But where the Pin and the Fish have sleek cutting shapes, the Fleetwood has a more rounded, relaxed shape, complete with a 6" flat tail. The Fleetwood is 43" long, and 9.25" wide, with a 29.5" wheelbase. This places is right between the Fish and the Pin, making the Fleetwood the perfect moderate carver.
