Thursday night (August 25th) the DC Nationals Finals were held at the RDS Skatepark in Richmond, BC. The DC Nationals are an amateur competition, held all across Canada. The best skateboarders from the DC Nationals come then to the DC Nationals Finals, and the top 3 from here competed against the pros in the Slam City Jam!

Slam City Jam in Vancouver, Canada was an incredible event this year. The weekend was packed with skate, skate and more skate. This was Slam's 12th year - Slam City Jam is the oldest running skateboarding competition in North America! Plus, this year Slam is under new ownership, and these guys really knew what they were doing.
