Guide Review - Shoes - Nike Zoom Air E-Cue
The sole is super grippy, and the rubber spacer mesh on the top of the shoe will also resist abrasion and help grip. Right near the pinky toe, where you'll be doing kick flips, the spacer mesh even has added grip and texture to help out. The only strange ting for skating is that there are no clear flex spots on the top part of ht shoe, so it can bunch in strange ways. Though it seems like this could mess up your riding, I've never had a problem. The shoes also have an extremely thin sole cushion, which means you'll have more board feel, while still having plenty of support and shock absorption.
This airbag also adds to the shoe's comfort, along with the mesh tongue and spacer mesh upper adding to keeping your feet cool. If you live in a rainy area though, your feet will get wet - the mesh collects water fairly well, too, and holds it in place so it can seep into your socks.
So, these shoes are innovative, weird, comfortable, grippy, sometimes wet and always cool. Do you want to try something different? Want to unique? Try a pair of Nike Zoom Air_E-Cues.
