Guide Review - Globe Aspect Sandals
First off, they have a very comfortable contoured insole. That's the part that you put your foot on. The pattern in the rubber is comfortable, and the rubber itself promises to contour to your foot without simply breaking in. The soft textile upper is smooth and feels good as well, and it also dries quickly in the sun.
And that's a great feature of these sandals, as opposed to some more simple sandals or flip flops out there - the Aspects are made to be active. The upper is comfortable and dries quickly, like I said, but it's also reinforced and heavily stitched into rubber guards that are part of the sole. The whole thing is built to last.
One of the coolest features, I think, is the sole. It's made from two types of rubber, which will enhance it's grippyness, and the tread is clever and complicated. There's the usual herring bone tread pattern in the middle, but there are little grooves set into it that run a different direction. The point? The Aspect will help you grip rocks and sticks, or whatever you find yourself stepping on or over, in and out of water, far better than the competition.
The Globe Aspect is a great sandal. Check it out.
