Guide Review - Travel Bag - DC Shuttle
It's just the right size to get away with using it as a carry on in most situations. The Shuttle can be carried on it's side like a duffel, or it can be carried from the top. Both handles are detailed rubber with inset DC logos. The bag really does look nice.
When the DC Shuttle is opened up, it falls neatly in half, with each side covered with mesh, so your stuff will stay where it's supposed to be. There's a padded top pouch for easy access, a large flat pocket on the underside, and a detachable laptop pocket, with it's own shoulder strap and extra bonus pocket.
The main bag also has it's own padded shoulder strap, but it also features wheels and a telescoping handle. This is an easy and comfortable bag to use.
So is it perfect? Well, it would be nice if it had someplace on it to stow your board. It seems that something could have been done with the laptop pouch, so that a board could have been kept underneath it. There are straps on the outside, but they aren't for a skateboard, so don't even try.
Also, the laptop pouch is small. This is frustrating, so if you're planning to use the laptop pouch, make sure that you have a small notebook. A 15 inch screen is likely too big - and since most people like larger screens, this could be an issue for a lot of buyers.
So, with all that in mind, the DC Shuttle is a good travel bag.
