Guide Review - Shoes - DC Avenue, Anthony Van Engelen's signature model
One special feature of the Avenues is DGT - Dynamic Grip Technology. This is a new breakthrough with DC where the rubber of the soles are made of different durrometers in different places, providing control, traction and durability where you want it.
Some models come with pal ab toe caps, and some with suede. It depends on what style you are going for, but if it doesn't matter to you, definately go for the pal ab. It's great for protecting your shoes and helping durring technical tricks.
Just make sure you watch for comfort. The heel collar grips your heel very well, and the shoes have plenty of padding. But, if you have wide feet, these shoes will pinch your toes, which can get old. But, if this isn't a problem for you, check these shoes out for sure.
