Guide Review - Wheels - Bones One Hundreds
Bones One Hundreds are treadless, and made from Bones Wheels' urethane formula. Bones does have a special SPF formula that promises great things - but you pay more for higher quality. Bones One Hundreds give you a good level of quality at a reasonable price.
But you might ask if you should just pay more for better wheels. I think that if you are a serious skater, and you have issues with regular wheels, like flatspotting or wearing them out too fast, you may want to upgrade to better wheels. However, if you are a regular skater, you don't need things like that, and I'm all about saving money anywhere you can. The deal is, Bones One Hundreds are a good looking, quality wheels for a lot cheaper than pro wheels or specialty wheels. They ride just fine, and I haven't had any trouble with them at all. If you are looking for a good set of wheels and bearings at a cheap price, and don't want to buy no-name crud that will wear out, bust or better yet do something freaky and toss you off your board, a combo set of Bones One Hundreds Wheels and Bones REDS bearings is a great idea. Good for just starting out, and for the veteran skater that values getting the most from his or her money.
