School started all over America within these last couple of weeks. Schools have different rules about skateboarding on campus, and so a lot of skaters end up either breaking the rules, or only skateboarding to and from school. And then in some places, even skating TO school is against the rules!
It's a bad situation, especially when schools often have some of the most skate-able obstacles and terrain, with lots of concrete, rails, and short steps!
So, to see where you stand compared to other skaters, I put together this poll - how welcome is skateboarding at YOUR school? This poll has been running for a while, and I wanted to ask you guys again, and let you see where it stands - around half of you say you CAN ride your board to school! That's awesome! What about the rest of you?

My school is so coool about skateboarding. I skate to school and put my board in my locker. Then after school i hang outright behind the school near my friends and skate home!
to some extent the rules are cool…i ride the bus to school (im only in the 8th grade) but im not allowed to bring my board on the bus. its considered a “weapon” which i REALLY lame. but i usually get a ride on fridays then skate town after school. but i usually skate the 8 stair on the weekends along with the highschool that has a 4 and a few really nice ledges and handrails……in the dirty south its sketch but fun!!!!!
My school doesn’t know we skate right before school because the office is so far away that they can never see or hear us. But after school, me and my friends walk to a certain point which is a few feet past where the yard duty is hanging and we skate off down the school’s parking spots which is all hill. So it’s pretty cool they never find out. Except cops wait down the street now watching for kids without helmets and what not.
San Clement. CA. Against the law to skateboard. Got a ticket the first day riding home. SC High has a skate club and skate PE starts next semester.
at our school were not aloud to skate there or skate home, and in the beginning of school they got strict about it. but they eventually forgot about it and everyone in the school that skates is now just leavin them by the bike racks. no one cares anymore (our school started about 1 1/2 months ago)
My school has tacken a board from me and will make me stay after for skateing but I hide it in a bush next to the school and skate the town aferwards. New hampshire sucks for skateing!!!
my school is cool but evryday i skate the cops always follow us and watch us cause they think we r goibg to do stupid shit but all we want to do is find good places to skate cause here there is nothing but desert abd tumble weeds

my school will not alowe us to skate it sucks cause we have so many skate spot at the school!!! skater for life ride or die baby!!
