A couple of weeks ago I told you about Search-Spark-Stoke Tour 2012, where a group would be teaching Isreali and Palestinian kids how to longboard, with the goal of helping to promote peace. This is going on RIGHT NOW, and Michael Brooke (the man behind Concrete Wave magazine) is there with his son, and sent me these pics to share with you guys. They did the demo in Jaffa at the Peres Center for Peace, where 30 kids had a blast.
"Arabs and Israeli children skating and enjoy the stoke," says Brooke. "We are going to Sederot next week...and the team is pumped. This initiative is ground breaking and is having a HUGE impact!"
