Skate It Coming Soon!

If you own a Nintendo Wii, you've probably heard about EA's new Skate It game, coming out soon. It looks very nice - take a look at some of the new screenshots just released in the Skate It Screenshot Gallery. Here's the propaganda about the game:

Skate-It is a Nintendo game, one of the Wii and one for the DS. They'll use the "Flickit" controls of the original SKATE, and the Wii Skate It game will use the new Wii Balance Board.

"Skate It unleashes the FlickIt revolution on to the Nintendo platforms, letting gamers use the Wii remote or the Nintendo DS stylus to string together their best tricks for the ultimate skate line. The Wii remote becomes a skateboard and reacts to gestures that mirror actual skate flips and moves. Players can also deepen this experience by planting their feet on the Wii Balance Board."

And there you have it. Fun, healthy, and educational too! Well, maybe not as much educational ... but it'll get you off the couch! That alone should help sell it to your parents. Or wife.
