Good list for the States.

The UK also has week long residential skate camps thanks to the Rubicon Skateboard Camps. Open to boys and girls, aged 10+, you get to visit some of the UK’s best skateparks such as the Stoke on Trent Plaza and the Works Skate Park in Leeds - which are hands down two of the best parks in the country. You’ll learn new skills and tricks, make new friends and generally have a blast. Check out www.rubiconskateboards.co.uk or www.skatecamp.co.uk for more details.

Cheers.
