Shoe Goo - a cheapskater's best friend

Monday April 14, 2008
Shoe Goo - Skate Shoe RepairsSkate shoes aren't cheap, and with the abuse of skateboarding they always wear out fast. But sometimes the problem is something small, like a worn through toe cap, a hole in the sole that lets in too much water, or a hole or tear somewhere else. That's where Shoe Goo comes in! I used Shoe Goo to keep my favorite pair of skate shoes (the good old Globe CT IVs) alive for a lot longer than they wanted to hang around - by the end, half the sole of one shoe was solid Shoe Goo. I've seen a kid who's shoes were more goo than shoe.

If you are looking for a good, cheap way to repair your skate shoes, check out this new FAQ on How to use Shoe Goo. I love the stuff!
