Concrete Rodeo Tour

Wednesday April 9, 2008
The Concrete Rodeo Tour started last weekend, and runs up through July. The Concrete Rodeo is a series of skateboarding competitions open to non-sponsored skaters, with divisions for women's and men. There's an excellent chance it comes somewhere near you, if you live in the USA, and it's a great way to get into a skateboarding competition as a non-sponsored amateur skater. For more info, you can check out the Concrete Rodeo Webpage.

You, my friend, are pushing Mongel footed. Its ok, you have made the first step towards fixing it - recognizing it as a problem. You should learn to push with the right foot.

If you can just learn to do tricks goofy, then go big - you will be one of the few that can skate switch as well as regular. If that proves to hard, just work on pushing with the right (right) foot. But really, you gotta fix that…
