Sarah Burgess Medical Fund

Tuesday April 4, 2006
Sarah BurgessWe all know skateboarding can be rough. You should plan on falling, getting your fair share of bruises, and there will likely be a few broken bones. But sometimes, even the best preparation doesn't protect us from dumb luck. A Portland skater named Sarah Burgess has been hospitalized from a severe head injury while skateboarding - even though she was wearing a helmet. If you've been to Burnside skatepark, you know it can eat your lunch. Sarah has had a lot to do with helping to raise funds for skate parks in Portland, and has even authored information to help others learn how to fund raise for public skate parks. The trick is, she needs help with the medical bills - check out the Sarah Burgess Medical Fund, and see if you can drop in $5 to help.

News like this always reminds me of the importance of doing your best to protect yourself while skating. If Sarah hadn't had on a helmet, she could be a vegetable, or dead. Don't have a helmet? Take a look at these reviews for protective skateboarding gear, and pick something up!

good morning,

Does anyone know where you can purchase generic celexa online with no dr. visit? I have been to http://www.online-drugs-no-prescription.com but I am not sure how to know if they are legit.
