A lot of you guys dream of becoming a pro skater - and you should! There are loads of ways to do this - one part is filming your own home made Sponsor Me Video (read How To Get Sponsored). Another level to this is when you are doing great and kicking butt, and you want to slide into the pro category without hitting competitions and hoping to be noticed. A new production company has hit the scene called 14,000 Ft. Productions and Entertainment who create video packages. They film, produce, edit, package, and assist you in submitting your video to sponsors. Now this isn't cheap - the package usually runs between $1,000 and $2,200! The production company seems to have no knowledge of modern skate videos. But has knowledge of good video production, but not in a skateboarding style at all. Skateboarders and Team managers would find these tapes in my opinion cheezy.. but who knows.. corporate america eats cheese all day.
