Skateboards Banned in Cape May, New Jersy!

Cape May to ramp up skateboarding ban. Fed up with skateboarders, city leaders who years ago banned the activity on city-owned land now want to go further, making it illegal to possess, park or carry a skateboard in those places. The measure, which would make violations punishable by up to $100 in fines and confiscation of the skateboard, may be the first anywhere to ban mere possession of one.
